Roger Burtonpatel

Hi, I'm Roger. I'm a 2024 Luce Scholar and a recent graduate of Tufts University.
I enjoy Programming Languages and compiler hacking.


Last May, I completed a thesis in PL, and I'm currently a developer on the vellvm group at Penn.
I love making music, building data pipelines, ping-pong, and Portuguese.
I'm starting my Ph.D. at UPenn in Fall 2025, advised by Steve Zdancewic.
